TRANSPORTATION
Hands of Hope Services, Inc’s transportation program will provide Transportation services to individuals served to enable them to enhance their mobility and participate in community activities of choice. Trips may include, but are not limited to, medical appointments, social service appointments, stores, banks, community centers, paid or volunteer jobs, recreational activities and place of worshiped, etc. Our Transportation services are provided with the most cost-effective mode available that meets the needs of the individual and applicable shall be wheelchair accessible.
