Our Supported Living Services will provide services to individuals in their own house or apartment of their choice. At Hands of Hope Services, Inc., will ensure that services include provision of coordination, training, supports, and/or supervision as indicated in the individual’s Person-Centered Plan. We will assure that all staff acquire relevant DDA trainings in all levels and pattern as determined in the individual’s Person-Centered Plan. Our Supported Living Services enhances the individual’s opportunity for community participation, independency, making decision on where to live, and exercising choice and control over his/her own life.
