Nursing Support Services

At Hands of Hope Services, Inc., our Nursing Support Services focus on the appropriate health prevention, safety practices and maintenance that reduce or prevent adverse outcomes. Our Nursing Support Services are identified in individual’s Person-Centered Plans that includes their goals for quality health outcome. Nursing Services will be delivered under the delegation and supervision of a DDA Registered Nurse, Case Management/Delegating Nurses and are monitored by our Quality Assurance team and the DDA Regional Office. 

Hands of Hope Services, Inc will provide individuals with a licensed registered nurse who will provide nursing services and delegate nursing tasks for an unlicensed staff to perform acts that may otherwise be performed only by the RN or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) as appropriate and in accordance with applicable regulations. Hands of Hope Services, Inc’s Nursing Support services will focus on the appropriate health prevention, health maintenance, health safety and practices which reduce or prevent adverse outcomes.
