Hands of Hope Services, Inc, will provide virtual support options to any individual who prefers this as a mode of support. All individuals shall have an informed choice between an in-person and virtual support. HOH shall ensure that all individuals’ rights of privacy, dignity and respect, and freedom from coercion and restraint. HOH shall use Virtual support to maintain or improve an individual’s functional abilities, increase interactions, support their ability to live independently and meaningfully participate in their community.

This service will be offered to individuals receiving Community Development Services (CDS), Day Habilitation (DH), Employment Services (ES) and Personal Support Services (PSS).

Virtual Support method will not isolate an individual from its community or from interacting with people without disability. HOH will continue to promote opportunities for integration in the community and services in community settings.
