At Hands of Hope Services, Inc., our Nursing Support Services focus on the appropriate health prevention, safety practices and maintenance that reduce or prevent adverse outcomes. Our Nursing Support Services are identified in individual’s Person-Centered Plans that includes their goals for quality health outcome. Nursing Services will be delivered under the delegation and supervision of a DDA Registered Nurse, Case Management/Delegating Nurses and are monitored by our Quality Assurance team and the DDA Regional Office.
