At Hands of Hope Services, Inc., we provide a Community Living-Group home program that offers encouragement and training for everyone receiving services to maintain whatever goals they want to accomplish, learn whatever they need and to live their full potential. The emphasis will be on daily living skills, learning effective communication skills, engaging in safety practices, and learning socially acceptable behaviors/skills, etc.

HOH is committed to helping and supporting adults with intellectual disabilities in the community. Our Community Living – Group Home program focuses on serving adults with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, traumatic brain injuries and other intellectual disabilities in a safe, home-like environment with direct support supervision that will be based on the individuals’ needs, preferences and desires. Services provided to individuals will be person-centered and community based.
