Services aid to provide a forum for growth and learning that will promote a life of quality and substance. Through our qualified and trained staff, Hands of Hope Services will assist individuals served to achieve independence.
Who We Are
Our services will be provided to eligible individuals in Maryland. Without regard to creed, national origin, race, marital status, gender, color, etc.
We seek to teach our individuals the tools with which to grasp their power and control over their lives, based on the concept of mutual regard, respect, and validations of worth, integrity, and rights.
Hands of Hope is dedicated to facilitating holistic growth and self-discovery.
Central to our mission is the dedication of our qualified and trained staff. With their expertise and compassion, they guide and support individuals on their path toward independence.

Our Mission
The Mission of Hands of Hope Services, Inc. is to build and improve the lives of the individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with support necessary to enable them to live in their personal homes, family homes, rental units or live alone with a roommates or other member of their family through Person-Centered approach and with lifelong opportunities to live by actively engaging in community activities of their choice. Individuals referred to HOHS will go through a Person-Centered session to determine what is important to him/her. All individuals regardless of their disability will receive optimum support and services towards independence in the community.
Hands of Hope Services, Inc. is approved for the following waivers for both Children and Adults in the Central, Southern and Western Regions:
- Community Pathways Waiver (CPW)
- Community Support Waiver (CSW)
- Family Support Waiver (FSW)
